# Verifying your from email address

You need to verify any emails you intend to use as your "From" email address. Mailblast will automatically trigger a verification email for any new emails you enter in your  [AWS Settings](https://www.mailblast.io/account/aws_settings) page or when [Creating a Campaign](https://www.mailblast.io/campaigns/new).

Anytime this happens you will receive a verification request in the respective email inbox. Simply click on the link to verify your address. You should now be able to send emails using this address.
